Please be advised that this Group is for PNG CLEAR-CUT, TUBES or PSD-file stock resources, as well as premade PSD backgrounds that are POSTED in LAYERS as in scenes, architectural features, garden additions, flower/garden groupings and the like.

NO limits are on submissions. The point of the Group is to provide as many resources as possible! Do not feel obligated to look at every submission! The Group's goal is to create a place to showcase as many clear-cuts or tubes as possible for easy perusal. Please submit to the correct folder! If you're unsure which folder to use, submit to the "misc" folder.

SUBMISSIONS MUST BE YOUR OWN WORK! The Group does NOT ACCEPT "STOCK" MADE FROM GOOGLING_tm IMAGES OR TAKING SCREENSHOTS OFF THE INTERNET*. Some stock providers allow their stock to be made from their stock. Those tubes or PSD backgrounds are acceptable. Feel free to use any of my stock on =WDWParksGal-Stock to make tubes (additional stock providers that allow stock to be created from stock are listed in the header on my profile page). Brushes are welcome and there is a folder just for brushes.



The easy answer to this question is that just about any creative work you might find should be considered to be copyrighted© by default.

A work is not required to have a copyright© statement printed on it or near it in order to be considered copyrighted© so do not assume that the work is unprotected simply because you cannot see a notice written anywhere.

Also do not confuse the fact that a work is publicly available with the idea that it is public domain or free for use. Being easy to find on the internet does not affect a work's copyrighted© status.

If you use any of the stock posted in the gallery, feel free to send a link to your work and it will be invited into the featured gallery folder.

What exactly IS Clear-Cut and Tube Stock?

* Clear-cuts, or Tubes, are images without backgrounds either in a PNG format, PSD file, Tubes or the like that make use easier due to the lack of background.

Do I have to be a Member of #Clear-Cut to USE the stock and resources I find within your Gallery?

Not at all. It is not necessary to be a member of this group to use gallery resources. Different Stock Artists have different rules, though, so be sure to check out the rules in each stock provider's profile prior to usage. Some stock artists allow their work to be used freely on or off dA while others require that their stock only be used on dA.

Do I have to be a Member of #Clear-Cut to SUBMIT resources and other works to either of the Group Galleries?

* No, you do not. You can be a member of an affiliate to submit directly to the group, or you can send links in a note and the Group will invite the stock into the gallery. But, if you would rather be a member,  just click the "Join" button to become a member of the Group. Your request to join will be handled ASAP by one of the Admins of the Group.

Do you allow the submission of stock and resources that are for PURCHASE or given out to a few selective Artists for use; such as Prize Stock or Exclusive Packs, etc?

* The group prefers to feature FREE resources! If a resource is accepted and found to be a purchasable item, especially from a company versus a single deviant, it will promptly be removed from the gallery with apologies to the members.

* Our MAIN GALLERYcontains Cut-Out resources, as well as Pre-Made PSD Scene Resources. You will also find helpful Member Tutorials related to cutting out your own images, as well as brushes. There is a folder for stock that has a plain background should be easy to cut out. It is a single folder and isn't broken down into sub-folders. © Information: ALL resources within this Gallery are submitted by and are owned by our MEMBERS.

* In addition to the Feature Folder, there are various folders, listed alphabetically, which contain stock relating to that category.

* PLEASE be certain that your submissions are of good quality. Artists look for clean backgrounds on clear-cuts and tubes. The group reserves the right to deny stock that is not of decent quality and relatively easy to use.

* Feel free to suggest (via the submission option) Clear-cut, Tubes or PSD backgrounds made by other deviants. The Group will check out the stock, and if suitable, will accept the suggestion. It will then await approval by the stock artist.

* Our FAVORITES GALLERY also houses cut-out stock, pre-made scenes and tutorials.
